e360 Statement On Its Lawsuit Against Spamhaus
Permission Marketer Forced To Take On Leading Antispam Vigilante
e360's policy is to only send email to those who want to receive it. We have always complied with applicable laws and regulations as it pertains to sending email messages to our customers. e360 fully complies with or exceeds all federal requirements and is doing business legally and responsibly in the U.S. e360 does not do business outside of the United States.

The information contained on www.spamhaus.org is inaccurate. The data included in Spamhaus' email blocking technology is inaccurate. Since the information about e360 is inaccurate, companies who use Spamhaus to block email messages risk using information that could harm companies operating legally in the U.S.

Prior to blacklisting e360, Spamhaus did not produce one single bit of evidence, not one single e-mail address, that supports their claims about e360. When ordered by the court to produce such evidence, Spamhaus withdrew from the case.

Spamhaus has not been commissioned by any government agency our authority to monitor or regulate email messages.

Spamhaus has refused to correct the inaccuracies on their website and in their email blocking technology. After several requests, a restraining order, a preliminary injunction, a permanent injunction and federal court order, Spamhaus continues to improperly list e360 and its affiliates on its website and blacklist.

Spamhaus has recently filed an appeal to the case while it continues to defy a federal court order.

We have documented the entire case from start to finish on this website in an effort to expose Spamhaus' improper activities and to provide a free service to other U.S. businesses that have been negatively impacted by Spamhaus' heavy-handed tactics. It is our sincere hope that Internet Service Providers (ISPs), legitimate marketers and consumers will take advantage of the information provided to fully understand the true nature of Spamhaus.org, Steve Linford, its founder and the self-appointed vigilantes known as Spamhaus 'volunteers.' We invite you to read through the detail in this case and draw your own conclusions about about this secret organization known as The Spamhaus Project.

If you are a responsible, permission marketer doing business in the U.S., you are free to use the information on this website, our documents, legal strategy or Synergy Law Group to pursue a case of your own against Spamhaus or any other improper blacklist organization that is damaging your legitimate business.
