Today, Spamhaus violated a U.S. Federal Court order to remove e360Insight from its blacklist. On September 13, a U.S. District Court in Illinois issued a permanent injunction against Spamhaus prohibiting them from taking any action that would cause e360’s email messages “to be blocked, delayed, altered, or interrupted in any way.” (more)
A U.S. Federal Judge ordered Spamhaus.org to pay $11.7 million in compensatory damages and issued a permanent injunction against their email blocking technology. The permanent injunction specifically prohibits Spamahaus.org from interrupting e360Insight’s email messages in any way without providing supporting evidence. The order also requires Spamhaus.org to post a message on its website indicating e360 was wrongly listed on its blacklist. (more)
